Utrace Upload File Size Limitations
At the present time, any attempt to upload a utrace file that is above 800MB in size is not likely to succeed.
We know about this and it will be fixed in an update very soon.
Website Delay
As we’re building out our service infrastructure, some users may experience a slight delay when trying to access the service from a browser or from the Unreal plugin.
This will be fixed in an update very soon.
Projects Cannot Be Shared
Right now, if a user creates a project, it is only visible to them. It’s currently not possible to share this project with other users within the same organisation.
This will be addressed with full support for organisational control and permissions in Q1 2026.
Uploading The Same Utrace File Produces A Slightly Different Report
If you upload a utrace file and generate a report, re-uploading the same utrace will replace the original and generate a new report.
Whilst the contents of this report will be largely the same, it will not be 100% identical. The nature of AI implies a certain degree of extrapolation and, as such, this extrapolation can sometimes be slightly different.
If you’re concerned about a report you’ve produced, please contact Support with any queries you might have.
Unreal Trace Channel Limitations
Unreal Insights supports a large number of channels for performance analysis.
At the moment, PerfCop only supports bookmark, log, frame, cpu and gpu channels with others like memory and stack coming very soon.
