How to Contact Support for PerfCop
For PerfCop, we’re providing a number of different options in order for you to get support.
You can choose the support option that works best for you!
Option 1: Email!
It’s old but still gold! You can contact support through the support@ai-guys.com mailbox. We aim to respond to all support queries within 24 hours so please bear with us!
Option 2: Slack!
If you’re an existing Slack user with a non-free subscription tier, we’re happy to provide you with your very own shared Slack channel.
In a true chicken-and-egg fashion, use our support email above to request this option and we’ll be happy to oblige.
Option 3: Discord!
If you’re an existing Discord user and would like support via this method, we’re happy to invite you to our Discord Server! Just send us an email to the above and we’ll sort it!
